We will use this information to create a custom Message On Hold script for you. When it's ready, we will submit the script to you for your approval, and will make any needed changes, if applicable.

Please keep in mind that each message should be brief, so that you do not bore the caller and encourage them to hang up. This means fewer than 100 words on each topic, and ideally closer to 30-50 words.

7. How you outshine the competition. What is something (or more than one thing) your organization does that competitors don't? Why are you uniquely positioned to make the caller's life better?

9. Company specials or sales. Do you have any specials or promotions going on that you would like the caller to know about?
10. Season-specific. Are there any season-specific events your organization is either hosting or participating in? Do you have special seasonal hours/days of operation? Will you be closed on certain special days such as holidays? Are there any special deadlines that your caller should know about?
11. Company News. Is there anything noteworthy that's happened in your organization? A change of hours or address? A change in key personnel? A change in procedure? Something exciting that happened?
12. Frequently-Asked Questions. Are there any questions you constantly get asked that you would like to provide the answer to in your Message On Hold?
13. Pronunciation. Please help us out with the pronunciation of any names, terms, etc. that may be non-standard or counter-intuitive; basically, anything you think we may have trouble pronouncing without direction.
14. Miscellaneous. Is there anything we haven't covered that you would like included in the Message On Hold script?
